1. The service
CommodityGraph (the "Service") is an online research tool operated by Helicon Solutions LLC ("we"). It compiles information from public, official sources — commercial registers and gazettes, the GLEIF LEI index, and sanctions lists published by OFAC, the UK, the EU, the UN and Swiss SECO — and presents it with references to those sources. The Service is intended for professional and business use.
2. No legal or compliance advice
Information is provided as-is for research purposes. Sources may be incomplete, outdated or erroneous, and entity matching (including sanctions screening) may produce false positives or miss matches. A similar name is not an identity match. Nothing on the Service is a legal determination, an allegation of wrongdoing, or legal, compliance or investment advice. You remain responsible for your own due-diligence and compliance decisions and should verify results against the official publications.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One free trial is available per person or organisation; creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials or free usage is not permitted.
4. CommodityGraph Pro subscriptions
- Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($79) or yearly ($790), plus any applicable taxes, in advance. Prices shown at checkout apply.
- Free trial: new accounts may receive a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the first period is charged.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. For yearly plans we send a reminder before renewal.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time in your account ("Manage billing"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Pro access until then.
- Refunds: fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we decide otherwise at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@commoditygraph.com before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve billing issues promptly.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend Pro features until it succeeds.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service beyond the features provided (such as CSV export); resell or redistribute the data as a competing database; circumvent usage limits, paywalls or rate limits; use the Service to harass, profile or discriminate against individuals; test payment cards or commit payment fraud; or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data about people and corrections
Where the Service shows information about individuals, it reproduces what official registers and sanctions lists publish. If you believe information is inaccurate or should be removed, use the corrections & removal form.
7. Intellectual property
The underlying public data belongs to its publishers and is used under their respective terms (see sources). The Service itself — software, compilation, design and derived analysis — is ours. Exports may be used internally within your organisation.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that any particular source will remain available. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to Pro that reduce its core functionality entitle you to cancel.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or decisions made on the basis of information from the Service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming as the exclusive venue (subject to mandatory consumer law). Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
